Completely satisfied with this exhaust and the nice low-rumble sound profile. With the cold air intake and this upgrade, I do recommend getting a COBB tuner because it was enough to throw off the overall performance in a bad way... with the tuner Stage 1 upgrade, my car has never felt so responsive and definitely a nice boost of power/performance.
First, you NEED the grimmspeed 2” to 3” adapter. I bought mine off eBay since it was sold out everywhere. This cat back really brought my WRX to life. It’s not obnoxiously loud, however it does make it louder and provides a tasty rumble. Occasionally I’ll get a few pops too. I had a friend help me install it, 2 people is almost a must. Took us 2 hours to do, with little experience. Get yourself some WD40 for the hangers or they’re a pain to take off. Overall, I'm very happy with this cat back. It looks sweet and sounds great!
I would to start by saying wow the shipping and customer service 10/10 ordered it and it arrived 4 days later to Canada! I have an invidia Catless downpipe mishimoto intake and now this N1 to go full turbo back , I had the remark axleback and wow its 11/10 for noise , with this N1 its so deep instead of obnoxious I like it and so do my neighbors! I recommend for sure .
if you want an exhaust that doesn't break the bank but sounds like you did, then look no further. I deliberated for almost 3 months on which exhaust i wanted to buy and i couldn't be happier with the Invidia N1. the welds are incredible and clean and when you open the box and handle the parts, you can really see and feel the quality. why this is exhaust is less than $1,000, i have no idea. i'm a huge fan of Cobb, milltek, and HKS for thier exhausts and the Invidia N1 is just as high quality. it really boils down to cost and sound preference. Speaking of sound, there is not a tiny Civic rattle, just straight boxer thunder. my only concern was how the round tips look with the almost rectangular openings in the diffuser but it turned out fine (just fine, im going to get a new diffuser soon still) and it has good clearance so there's no real need for a heat shield. the anodized tips catch the sunlight exquisitely and adds an amazing accent to the tail end. my final thoughts, if you want a high quality, low price exhaust that farts out equal parts power and freedom, then look no further 11/10.
I was kind of scared to purchase this because I had heard it was really loud. After getting it installed I was hooked. The sound it amazing and it doesn't even seem that loud. I used to drive a 94 240sx w/ RB20DET, straight piped with no muffler and that thing was LOUD!! It has some noise as expected from an aftermarket exhaust but it's not obnoxious. Clean sound from the rumble and when you get on the gas it purrs. Just make sure if you have a MT that you tighten the plugs for the extra O2 sensors. I forgot and had a crazy rattle going on. Tightened it up and BAM, no rattle.

Will the Invidia N1 catback exhaust system line up with a berk feon pipe?

A: I'm not familiar with Berk, but it looks like they don't make a downpipe for the WRX/STI, so no, I don't think this will work with anything from them.

Q: Leak after install Bwallace2 years ago
I had my exhaust installed by a professional and there is a slight leak where the mid pipe section joins the axle back portion of the exhaust. He said it may be in the design since the tips angle upwards so that water doesn’t gather in the piping. Just wondering if this is a design or if I need a new gasket

A: Sounds like a new gasket would help. There should not be a leak there.

Q: Invidia N1 (axel back) Walt2 years ago
I have a simple question. I have an Invidia R400 (dual exit) in my 2019 STI but I’m becoming interested in the Invidia N1 dual exit. Is it possible to purchase just the N1 axel-backs since I already have a cat-back of the same brand? Thanks!

A: Unfortunately, Invidia does not sell the axle-back portion separately.
