Invidia N1 Cat Back Exhaust - Subaru WRX Hatchback 2008-2014
Manufacturer Part # HS08SW5GTP
As low as $1,063.20
If you are looking for a great way to squeeze a little extra performance from your vehicle, then you will be pleased with the Invidia N1 Cat Back Exhaust System. There are several performance attributes that makes this an excellent upgrade. This exhaust system has been made from 304 stainless steel and features 76MM piping. The exhaust has also been designed with minimal bends to reduce the amount of turbulence during acceleration, allowing the engine to exhale the exhaust gasses with less restrictions. This means you will have improvements in throttle response, along with increases in both horsepower and torque.
This exhaust will come with a polished 101MM tip, and the exhaust hangers are welded onto the stock location of the pipes so you don't have to perform further modifications.
New gaskets, hardware, as well as a silencer will be included to make this exhaust system ready for installation.

I had this exhaust on my '03 WRX Wagon and I loved every minute of driving with this exhaust. After an accident I had to get a new car and luckily got ahold of a DGM '08 WRX wagon. I took advantage of the Black Friday sales and got one of the last few of these lovely N1's. I gotta say I missed that sound and I'm so glad I made my purchase. There is no mistake that this exhaust is one of the loudest you can get (the drone isn't as terrible as people say it's easy to get used to) but it is one of the best sounding exhausts to get for your WRX/STi. That boxer rumble is easily heard every time you step on the throttle and even at WOT it sounds so mean. If you want the true boxer sound and you don't want any raspiness, order yours now. As always RSD is #1 in customer service. Shipping is quick as always and the prices are good too. Don't wait or think too long, get this exhaust ASAP!!!

This exhaust sounds great! Very easy to install but do yourself a favor and buy a new donut gasket.

This thing is like a subwoofer for your engine. It's that boxer rumble we all know and love, but SO deep, bass-y, and throaty. It's GLORIOUS. The engine tone is so deep that only about 20% of the noise is recorded when you try to film it with your iPhone. This is why videos don't do it justice and you need to hear it in person! It's not THAT loud, really. Don't get me wrong, it's loud alright - I had a headache for the first hour after install until I got used to the MASSIVE drone - but it's not obnoxious like a lot of other exhausts. So you're going to get a bit of attention, but almost all of that is going to be positive attention :D Basically, it's all the fun of a loud ass exhaust, but it's not a huge cop magnet. If you want loud, deep, and bass, get this. If you want quieter with less drone (and $300 more :/) get the Q300.

What kind of modification to the stock donut gasket needs to be done for this to bold onto the stock downpipe?
A: No modification to the stock donut gasket is necessary and is not recommended. We do however recommend using the stock donut gasket to make that connection.

Q: Dual exits? ezequielzgonzales47418 5 years agoAnswer
Hey guys, does invidia make a dual exit version of the n1 for the wrx/sti hatchbacks? I've seen them for the sedans but not sure on the five doors? Thanks.
A: They do not have a dual N1 system at this time for the hatch, only for the sedans.

Q: Sound noise! ameza375 5 years agoAnswer
My biggest concern is the inside cabin noise. Will me and my wife be able to have a normal conversation without yelling at regular driving speeds i.e 2.5k-3.5k rpms?
A: As this is a straight through muffler it will be on the louder end of things. So just keep that in mind. Should be able to have a normal conversation, but the exhaust noise will always be in the background.

Q: Question? DocHoliday 6 years agoAnswer
I just ordered a 2012 WRX and wanted to know if i could order this with the burnt tips? I saw it for the sedan and would like to know if i could order the same style for the hatch. thanks
A: We do offer this exhaust with the titanium (burnt) tip for hatchbacks, but we can't confirm fitment for the 2012 WRX, because Invidia has not test fitted this exhaust on that car.
