Features & Product Details
The cp-e™ 3” Dual Cat-Back Exhaust System has been designed to add horsepower, low-end torque, while improving the sound and throttle response. This exhaust system features 3” piping and minimal bends which outflows the factories restrictive system by substantial amounts. This is achieved in the design by eliminating the bottleneck in the original exhaust design.
This reduces turbo spool, and certainly adds an aggressive, and more pronounced exhaust note. This particular cp-e™ exhaust system has been fabricated from stainless steel, and will come with all the required clamps, and hardware to make for a ready installation.

Put this on last week along with the cp-e downpipe. The performance is amazing combined with stepping up the tune. Its a little obnoxiously loud on cold start but dies down after 15-20 seconds to a nice low rumble (as much of a rumble as you can get on a 2.3l 4cyl). Had good sound at idle and cruising speeds but sounds like an angry beast when you get on the throttle. So far very happy, just wish I could have gotten the black tips.
This exhaust has a great deep note and no drone at high speeds It stays relatively tame and not TOO obnoxious juat putting around, but as soon as you get on it it really does scream and sound amazing This specific model is actually painted a somewhat matte silver, just as a heads up. The pipe that goes above the rear "axle" and connects to the resonators was actually bent out of shape and would not slide into the fitting. I was able to use some steel circles and heat to form the fitting back to fit. This same exact issue also had happened to a coworker who has this same exhaust a year ago.
