This is the Whiteline Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit w/Endlinks. This kit makes an excellent investment for those of you who want to drastically improve the handling of your vehicle for daily use, the occasional spirited canyon run, or for competition use. This kit will include larger adjustable front and rear sway bars which will reduce body roll or sway which will spread the lateral loads evenly across the tires to improve high-speed cornering grip, and performance.

I bought this kit for my 2005 Subaru Outback XT. It's lowered on LGT height struts, but the anemic stock sway bars really held it back in corners, to the point I was lifting the rear inside tire. This kit solved that issue. It still rides comfortably, but way more stable making turns. My only gripe is the price. Granted, this full kit offered by RSD is the best deal around, but Whiteline definitely put the typical Subaru tax on these bars.

A: Honestly it really depends on your full setup, I wouldn't say it would improve ride quality as much as it would improve handling. With a stiffer chassis it could adverse effects to the quality of the ride.
