APR Carbon Fiber Brake Ducts - Subaru WRX/STI 2011-2014
Manufacturer Part # CF-801150
Put these APR Front Brake Ducts in the front of your STI/WRX and stand out from the crowd as well as direct air to either your brakes, oil cooler or intake.
Keeping your brakes cool during those days out at the track, canyon runs or just aggressive street driving is extremely important to maximize braking effectiveness.
If that doesn't sound appealing to you then you could direct this immense amount of air to your oil cooler. High oil temps can turn an awesome day out at the track into a miserable one.
Directing air to your intake system has never had a negative effect on the engine. The same can still be said. It is much more achievable with these APR air ducts.
APR has devoted an incredible amount of time while designing these ducts. This will be obvious to you once you see the amazing fit and finish on your vehicle!

Awesome quality piece

Quality of the carbon fiber is obviously top notch, zero visible blemishes. Install with the bumper on the car was pretty challenging. Biggest issue was the upper hardware stack, actually taped the hex nut to my finger and engaged it blindly. Completed fit is not factory flush, but still a beautiful looking addition to the front end.

I didn't purchase these from RSD only because they were out of stock. These are pretty nice, will push plenty of air to my Intake. Fitment is the only reason I gave it 4 stars; if you don't have a dremel plan on buying one to get these to fit flush. I had to do a decent amount of sanding with the dremel, but mostly around where the two bolts are - it was too thick in those areas. Overall, pretty happy, I paid right at 300 for mine, little pricey at 350, but functionality is improved.

Hi, if I have a Mishimoto FMIC, will the duct tubing interfere with the fitment of the intercooler piping while trying to install?
A: There will probably be some fitment issues. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm fitment with a front mount.

What is required for installation? Cutting? Minor drilling?
A: These will just need two M6 size holes on each side to be drilled for mounting to the vehicle.
