I wired the constant power into my rear windshield wiper fuse and the alternate power to the tail light/parking light fuse using add-a-fuse's. Gauge works great all the time, the only minor issue is that if you start the car in a way that the alternate power is on, like if the lights aren't turned off, then the secondary color is unavailable and the display stays white.
I tapped into my parking light fuse for the constant power and rear windshield washer for the secondary color power. Install was made easy with add-a-fuse's and heat shrink butt connectors. Only issue is that if you start the car with your headlights on, the color remains white and does not shift to the alternate light color.
Dab Cat 716
For the price it's definitely a cool gauge, but unfortunately had to buy another one as the first one was off calibration, this new gauge I got is also not calibrated right, but it's already installed and only off by 1-2 PSI so not a huge deal
Started leaking just after the 1 year mark. Boooooo I actually really like the LED lights, was able to wire it up to come up as white during normal driving, blue with headlights on. Used it on my 2003 WRX with VF39 running ~20psi. Super disappointed it pooped out on me.
