If you want the best for your engine build, then you might want to consider installing a set of Cosworth Head Studs. Cosworth Cylinder Head Studs have been designed to reduce head movement for either high boost applications, or high compression applications ensuring a proper seal to the block.
These head studs are manufactured from 625+ tool steel, and have a high tensile rating at 260,000PSI, and will come as a set with both nuts and washers. The design includes hex broach ends, and roll die formed threads. Finally these head studs have endured a special heat treating process which includes being heated in a vacuum sealed furnace then quenched in a nitrogen chamber for optimal control.
This set includes a total of 12 head studs, 12 nuts, and 12 washers.

Hey I was wondering what the difference between the cosworth ARP and the regular cosworth studs are? ($719.1 vs $359) and what is the horsepower rating on both?
A: Head studs are not rated on HP, but are rated in tensile strength that it takes to stretch the material. Cosworth Ultra Hight Performance Head Stud Kit is rated at 260,000PSI tensile strength, and is a must for anyone looking to run over 30PSI. Running the stock stud, or a less expensive stud will result in cylinder heads lifting from the block and blowing out headgaskets.
