The Nameless Performance Muffler Delete has been designed to save weight by replacing those heavy mufflers on your vehicle which weigh 13.5lbs each. These muffler deletes are a direct factory fit up to the OEM midpipe where it meets at the Y. These deletes have been Tig-welded, and have been fabricated using quality T304 stainless steel materials, and feature 2" piping that exits out of 10 degree angle cut staggered 3" diameter double wall polished tips (say that 10 times in a row).

Other features include factory fit laser cut flanges to help make the installation simple and straight forward.

New hardware and gaskets will be included to make these muffler deletes ready for the installation.

Note that these deletes will not fit the SPT exhaust.

Louder than expected
16AWPWRX 5 months ago
Bought this after reading all of the positive reviews but found the exhaust louder than expected, especially at startup. Fairly obvious drone at speed as well. Missing the Subaru rumble. Nice pop at higher rpm. Product is very well made and easy to install. Decent upgrade for the price but definitely not for everyone.

Do It
2017 WRX 10 months ago
First Mod for my non-tuned 2017 WRX daily driver. Was worried it might be obnoxious or drone without any mufflers, it does not. Loud when you want it, quiet when you dont. Welds and construction are 100% solid. Very easy diy install in 15-20 mins. 2 months daily driven and i still love it.

Great exhaust.

Installation was a breeze, but didn't expect these muffler deletes were quiet at idle and at cruise speeds. Since i do have the cvt version, i love how they still have the subaru tone and surprise at how subtle these axle back exhaust is. Quality 10/10, sound 8/10. I've owned cars that were alot louder than these, but really love how they sound and wont have problem with the cops. If your looking for some great sounding axle back, that wont hurt your budget, this is it.

Far better than I ever expected!

First off, I was skeptical about the ease of installation but from opening the box and checking for all the parts (everything was provided...even new fasteners and gaskets!) to the time I did the first test start was less than an hour; 43 minutes, to be exact. I am highly impressed not only with the sound that comes out of these things but with the change in acceleration feel and throttle responsiveness. I was grinning from ear to ear when I heard it from inside the cabin. It's a nice low tone without being an annoying drone (like the fart-cans some people put on Civics) and you get that beautiful pop and crackle when you downshift or rev match for a corner. Truly a perfect value to performance ratio. 10/10! I even took the long way to work on surface streets instead of interstate so that I could shift and accelerate more often just to hear it! I would suggest first removing the fasteners for the individual mufflers and then removing the rubber exhaust hanger mounts from the car's undercarriage instead of trying to remove them from the mufflers and leaving them on the car. It was the hardest part of the job but they were very easy to remove when still attached to the mufflers.

I have an invidia n1 cat back exhaust on my 2015 sti I was just curious if nameless axle back can bolt up by swapping out the mufflers

    • A: No they will not bolt up they flanges and piping sizes are different.

  • Q: Rubber Hangers  MagicGuy 2 years ago

I've heard some people of using different rubber hangers for the exhausts as they don't fit evenly or don't hang even. Do you recommend on getting different bushings?

    • A: Your stock hangers should work just fine. But if you are wanting to try some aftermarket urethane hangers, the Kartboy, Cobb, and Perrin are all good choices.

    • A: I reused my stock hangers with no issues at all. Only issue I had was having to adjust the orientation of the rubber hangers and their placement on the Nameless hanger pieces (the forward and back placement to allow the piping to line up properly) but that wasn't too difficult. Easiest way to get the hangers off the factory mounting points is to get one side (top, bottom, either side) to slip past the small rounded piece on the end and then the rest of the hanger comes off easily. Best of luck!

  • Q: Need More Sound  Waseem Mahayni 2 years ago

I have installed These Nameless muffler deleted axle back. but i still need more sound, what do you recommend?

    • A: I would recommend getting a cat back system or purchasing the Nameless midpipe to make your existing setup a catback. The part number for their midpipe is NAM RSPD039.
