This is the APR Performance Vortex Generator. Other than a cool race-inspired look, these actually serve a purpose. For those of you equipped with a larger rear spoiler, or even a rear spoiler with a smaller profile, this generator will help channel the air coming over the roof so that the air will hit the top surface of your rear spoiler to add a little more downforce and aerodynamic refinement. This is why you see some of these equipped from the factory on certain makes and models. Now you have access to the same technology with a nice carbon fiber touch.

Device installed and lasted for a year and a half in coastal, San Francisco weather. After one drive to Los Angeles in 90+ deg weather, device fractured at the weakest portion and snapped off the car, hitting and scratching the spoiler, and into traffic behind me. I pulled over and tried to pull off the remaining half by hand but the VHB tape was too strong. Half hour later on the drive, the other half of the device broke off, again hitting the spoiler on its way to sitting on the road somewhere on the I-5. It's clear the VHB tape used was not meant for 90+ deg weather. 3M supplies plenty of options for high temperature applications, but the supplier of this device chose to not use any of these options.
Looks awesome on the car. Quick and easy set up. Great buy and fast shipping.

A: SSS is the Sight, Sound, and Spoiler package. Essentially is it a package that includes HIDs, a better stereo system, and a bigger wing, avaiable on GSR evolutions.
