Q: efficiency 12WRX6 years ago
I'm curious as to how efficient this is. I couldn't find any design information for it and although i love the location of it i feel like it wouldnt be as efficient as a rectangular or cylinder model. Any info you can give me?

A: It is quite efficient! It routes oil back into the oil feed tube just as any other AOS would.

Q: 2011-2014 WRX parapd9 years ago
With a Perrin or another brand Turbo Intake tube installed, what would you do different with the PCV plug, and tube that runs from under the intake manifold? Any direction would help, considering buying this, however whats the different set up running the vacuum lines with the Turbo tube installed? Thanks

A: Installation will remain the same while using an aftermarket inlet. You will just have one less connection to remove and cap. Mike

Q: 2011 WRX Update mattonio10 years ago
Having read the other reviews. Is this set up for the 2011 wrx with the 1/2 to 1/2 connector as others have said to do? Anything I would need to watch out for that's different from the video thats for 2008 models to my 2011 model?

A: There are a few differences, but Grimmspeed has the detailed steps in their writeup for installing the air/oil separator in the link below. https://www.grimmspeed.com/install_guides/subaru_aos_08wrxLGT.pdf

A: Hello, Yes this is the correct kit for your car. The installation will remain the same but there might be some minor differences in the appearance of valves at fittings. Installation should not be changed though. Mike

A: This should work with a FMIC set up as long as your piping has the appropriate ports for routing the head breathers. You will also want to make sure your piping isn't touching your oil cap. Mike
