Does exactly what it says. Innovate motor sports has been around for a long time and the quality shows why. The gauge is kinda bland, but it works perfectly and it's accurate. My only gripe is that you have to solder the gauge in. All the other connections are plugs.
Functional, looks good, easy setup and install.

I like it, it matches my cluster and gauge setup. Fairly easy install, I welded a bung for the sensor about 20 inches down my downpipe and routed the wiring through the firewall. Make sure you do a proper free air calibration before you use it, or you'll get messed up readings! The only thing I wish it had were the ring of lights around the outside that appear on the MTX-L.
Best match for STi cluster

I bought this well in advance of installing it which was my first mistake. In doing so, it was too late to return the sensor when it did not work as advertised. I called RSD and they regretfully informed me that I was out of their return period but pointed me towards Innovate's customer service line. I told them my issue of the gauge not reading in any tuning software and when I could occasionally get it to read the sensor it gave me narrowband outputs of 0, 7 and 20. I recallibrated it before contacting them and they said do it again, too much time may have passed. If was less than a day between free air calibrations. I t didn't change anything which I told them and they promptly stopped communicating with me. Now I have a useless sensor and sender unit and a strong dislike of innovate and their products because they won't stand behind a sensor or help their customers. God help me if I had wanted to supercharge an FRS and ended up in trouble with a whole supercharger to sort out. So a 3/5 to RSD since they were just following protocol and a 0/5 for innovate for letting a bad sensor slip through QC and then doing nothing to help. Hopefully the AEM unit will work and have better customer service.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: Connection for datalogging on open source? philip041569564 2 years agoAnswer
Can i have this gauge data outout to my open source for logging and tunning purposes?
A: Yes. What open source software are you using? There are software versions available that can log using the serial port of the LC-2. Others will have a possible analog (0-5v) input available on the ECU to then use your software to log the data.

Would this function as a replacement for the semi-wideband sensor of a 2012 WRX ... can the existing wiring harness be utilized with this O2 sensor / will the ECU recognize it?
A: This is not a replacement for the OEM narrowband sensor. This is a completely stand alone system apart from the OEM ecu.

Q: Pod? adamehatch 6 years agoAnswer
Will this kit fit into one of the Difi 52mm pod cups? If not, what would you recommend? Thanks RSD!
A: Depth wise it looks to be no problem. Only thing that I can see being a issue is trying to get the connector in through the hole on the back of the pod.
