Installed on an 07 Forester XT. The old bushing can be pressed out with a pitman armpuller ($16 at harbor freight), and the two piece poly can be pushed in mostly by hand. Getting the trailing arm over the new bushing is tough, the bushing is a bit wider than stock. I had to really muscle it with a rubber mallet. Very noticable handling improvement, definitely worth the time and money.

Made a big impact in the way the car feels. Makes the body roll less in the rear and makes the rear follow better rather then feel like its dragging along. my bushings has 196k on them so they needed it definitely worth the money. grab a pit man arm puller shave a couple mms off of the sides and bam your old bushings are pressed out and the new ones go in by hand installed both sides in 30 mins. tight going back on but nothing a peice of wood and a friend with a 10 pound seldge cant help.
