Have had this installed for almost a year with a 360hp WRX. I installed act pro lite lightweight Flywheel as well and that might’ve been a mistake because I have to rev to 2.8k To smoothly get into first. The clutch itself is amazing. It grabs so instantly there were moments when I accidentally slipped my foot off the clutch peddle and damn what a sudden launch. No hesitation. I have it on stock 02 gears which are glass. I do not launch my WRX. After a year or 12k miles I might finally have bad synchros but I believe that’s from old age and not 100% the clutch’s fault. VERDICT: For roughly $50 more than the street performance ACT clutch you get almost a hundred more HP/TQ rating. If I could go back in time I would buy the lower, heavy duty steet disk but ONLY because it would’ve been less stress on my OEM gears. I will be having Tomioka gears I am happy I have the 6-puck. NOTE: It’s a very pretty kit. I was sad to hand the clutch kit to my mechanic because it’s just a beautiful product.
Second one ive had on the car last one got great use and abuse in a good way. Ultra light flywheel to go with it is definately worth it. Shifts smooth and grabs hard. Made very well. Dont forget the fork like i did when puttin tans back on haha!

A: I cannot confirm fitment since this is intended for USDM models, but I believe that this should work.

Q: Daily Driver SubiWRX035 years ago
Is this a good clutch for a daily driver making 475-525whp ? If not what clutch would you recommend?

A: This is a great option for you if you don't mind the aggressive engagement. There are many people who run this clutch on their daily driver. A smoother engagement option would be ACT SB9-XTSS that you may consider.

Q: flywheel match Chubaru247 years ago
I'm driving an 02 wrx about 300hp and plan for 400 in the near future. Used for weekend rally cross and track. Currently have a Fidanza Chromoly flywheel and was wondering if it would go good with this clutch or would would i need to upgrade that as well?

A: If that flywheel is compatible with the stock clutch kit, i don't think there would be any foreseeable issues. Typically clutch kits and flywheels pair better with the same manufacturer however.
