I bought this diffuser mostly just for looks to make the rear end a bit more aggressive but still subtle. Getting it installed was a PITA on my car. I had the full Whiteline sway bars kit so I don't know if that made it harder than usual, but trying to slide the diffuser's A-brackets behind the sway bar's D-brackets was impossible to do on my own in a friend's driveway so I ended up going to a shop and even then my mechanic had to bring out a whole bunch of tools to get the brackets to fit behind the sway bar mountings. Quality-wise it's one of the better pieces my mechanic has seen. Compared to eBay diffusers he was happy with the quality. It is a bit more pricey than most other diffusers, but checking out Verus Engineering's Youtube channel tells me their do proper R&D on their products. Overall, very pleased with this product.

Does the diffuser help increase or reduce noise level (from road and/or exhaust) inside the cabin ?

A: Honestly out of all the diffusers I've installed I've never had them increase noise levels outsite of hearing rocks flip up and hit the diffuser, as you do hear that. Other than that, it should not change noise levels. Thanks!

A: Sadly we can not confirm fitment for aftermarket parts with other aftermarket parts. We recommend reaching out to Versus Engineering to inquire about their fitment with other brands.

Q: Tomei Expreme Ti Catback Exhaust Omega643 years ago
Hello, I was wondering if there would be fitment issues with the Tomei Expreme TI Titanium Catback Exhaust on a 2008 Subaru STI? It does sit quite low. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Andrew

A: You may need to adjust the exhaust so it does not have contact with the rear diffuser.
