Features & Product Details

Add more top end power with a set of GSC Power Division Core Intake and Exhaust Camshafts. GSC has established their name in the automotive industry for supplying premium camshafts that deliver satisfying results that complement any type of build. These camshafts will add more power throughout the entire RPM band, and will improve turbo spool, and increase your top-end speed.

These are billet core intake cams with a 272 10.2MM, and the exhaust duration is also 272 10.2MM. Aftermarket springs are recommended to run these camshafts. If you are in the middle of a serious build, now is the time to upgrade your camshafts.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Q: Core  Nelson Asay4 years ago

Hi! So I am in the middle of doing a build on my ej20 block. I was wonding about these. It says CORE. Are these ones were you have to machine down to fit, or are these a complete set ready to go? Thanks in advance!
  • Q: Cam and valve buckets  Dojo6 years ago

Should I get new valve buckets for this cam? Should I have a shop check the clearance for the cam? Subaru says there should be a .13-.16 gap between the bucket and cam lobe. Is this the same clearance for a performance cam?

A:  Yes, new buckets are a must on new camshafts. Valve lash should always be checked when changing cams. The valve lash from GSC is .010-.012" on the Intake side, and .012-.014" on the Exhaust side(this is on the included spec sheet with the cams). Be sure to use the supplied cam grease for proper break in.
