ETS Front Mount Intercooler Short Route Wrinkle Black

This is the ETS Intercooler Upgrade designed to advance the charge intake temperatures when you are making power that surpasses the limits of the factory intercooler system. This core measures 24"X11.5"X3.5" and is a bar and plate core design that can support 800+ WHP. This is considered to be one of the most efficient intercoolers in the industry and the core is large enough to fill the entire area of the grill and the design eliminates excessive piping. Before leaving the facility, the core is pressure checked at 35PSI to ensure that there are no leaks.

Included with this intercooler kit are 2.5" aluminum pipes with smooth bends that help reduce turbulence under boost. the result is lower piping that flows 20% over stock, while the upper piping flows 12% more than stock. These pipes have been powder-coated a nice black finish for extra protection against rust and corrosion, and to add a cleaner look to the engine bay. 

This intercooler kit is a direct bolt-on that retains the factory crash bar and splash pans. Included are high-grade silicone couplers, and T-bolt clamps to complete the installation.
