Does this compose of both the driver and passenger side front brakes? Or is this just a single caliper and rotor set?

A: This is a complete front upgrade for both wheels. You will receive a pair of loaded calipers, two rotors (cross-drilled or slotted), front Goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines, adapter brackets, and all the necessary hardware. These ship in two boxes with the left side in one box and the right side in the other box.

Q: VS Original four piston caliper system SalLV3 years ago
For the customers with STi's what is the gain we can see from getting this new version of calipers?

A: This upgrade is listed for only the WRX and not for the STi. Comparing this BM4 monobloc caliper to the gold STi caliper, this caliper weighs 3.8 pounds less. The performance gain would be having less unsprung weight. The STi 2-piece caliper is heavier because of the necessary bolts needed to hold both halves together.

Q: 2012 WRX stock 17" wheel fitment Alan3 years ago
Will these fit under the stock 2012 17" wheels?

A: That data has not been determined yet so I suggest you contact your RSD rep and request the dimensions needed so you can verify clearance. Normally 17" is enough for the brakes to clear the barrel portion of the wheel but you need to make sure the wheel spokes clear the face of the caliper. We have a tutorial on how to use the engineering drawing as a template to remove some of the guess work. Again, check with your RSD rep for these.

A: Normally this will require a 17" or larger wheel. Be sure to check your wheels for clearance before ordering. Your RSD rep will have everything you need to check your wheels or you can use the engineering drawing to give to your wheel guy to verify clearance if purchasing new wheels.
