The Manley Performance H-Plus Forged Connecting Rods has been designed to sustain the stress and abuse associated with high-horsepower and high-boost applications, as well as strenuous race use where the engine will stay in the upper RPM range. These connecting rods have been forged using 4340 steel construction, and they have been rated up to 750 HP. The H-Plug Forged Connecting Rods will come with the ARP 2000 rod studs to properly secure the rods to your crank.

These say 750 but on a semi closed deck block I assume I’m still at the mercy of the case halves ? Or does the addition of a better rotating assembly improve the load a block can withstand?
