This has been the only oil we have ever used to break in our engines. It is a great conventional mineral oil that does an excellent job to seal in rings and break in bearing material. We have not had the oil consumption issues others have had, using this oil during the break in period. While using an AOS on all EJ engines as well.
I have A brand new built motor and I will only break it in with Motul thats it nothing else to say !
