These are the new Faction Fab V2 FR-Spec Coilovers. The V2 FR-Specs will make significant improvements on the original V1 and will replace the current V1 FR-Spec (still available). These are a track-oriented coilover that will deliver the performance needed for enthusiasts with purpose-built track cars and race cars. However, they are also suitable for enthusiasts with daily drivers who enjoy spirited canyon drives and weekend autocross events and have the adjustability needed to suit your driving style.

30-click dampening adjustable shocks

Track-proven adjustability

0.12G increase in corners on firm settings when compared to soft

Allows customers to fine-tune the ride quality from soft to stiff to meet their road surface and driving environment needs

Each model has a specific valving and shim stack chosen to suit vehicle and spring rates

Re-examined and finely-tuned spring rates specific to each model

Monotube shock design front and rear

High-performance mono-tube shock construction allows for better control, fluid life, and thermal fluid stability

Independent ride height adjustability separate from spring pre-load allows the customer to set the ride height without excessive shock travel

Camber plates included in the fronts

Offset machining location to maximize the negative camber adjustability

Forged 6061 anodized adjustable collars and spring seats for easy adjustment and prolonged cycle life

Perfect fitment mounts retain all OEM locations and methods for brake lines and ABS wire

Increased spring rate and increased damping coefficient in the shocks to provide ultimate in handling and control under high-performance driving conditions

Pillowball, camber-adjustable, solid aluminum front top hats to reduce suspension deflection under aggressive driving conditions while allowing for fine alignment adjustments

Heavyweight shock oil for heat resistance and consistent damping

Longer shock body for increased stroke and to hold more oil for heat resistance and long-lasting performance

Just installed the FF FR Coilovers on the 2016 wrx. Install was pretty was straight forward , just make sure to get the preload set well with no slop and your good to go for the install. So far the Feel on the street is good, the springs are definitely stiffer compared to the soft Oem shocks . But very nice ride still , bumps and holes will be more noticeable but no big deal . The rear is the most notably stiffer turn is more precise. The front feels great not to stiff at all.
