This is the Faction Fab Steering Wheel which has been designed to provide the interior of your 08-14 Subaru WRX STI with a modern yet aggressive look while providing the driver with a race-inspired feel.
The factory WRX and STi steering wheel leaves much more to be desired, and as the car starts to age the wheels begin the breakdown and wear out. The Faction Fab steering wheel is a 100% factory replacement in higher quality and better feeling design to improve the look, feel, and driving experience. These wheels allow you to simply remove the stock unit and replace it with the Faction Fab, and the factory airbag and controls are simply swapped overusing basic hand tools.
The steering wheels are available in several materials to suit your individual preference and are hand-stitched and assembled for the highest quality and consistency. The wheels feature a D shape flat bottom design that offers a sporty feel and looks. In addition, the wheels are slightly thicker than stock to give you better control and feel in your hands, which makes for an amazing driving experience when combined with the contoured shape at 3 and 9 o’clock grips.

Purchased the leather and suede steering wheel.. really easy to install.. about 15 minutes.. can follow the installation video for guide. Overall steering wheel feels amazing .. thicker wheel has a comfortable grip and like the description says does contour well around the 3 to 9 o clock area.. definitely recommend this steering wheel !

This is a necessary upgrade. The look and feel of this wheel is top notch and really changed the interior. Love it!
This wheel is perfect. The leather and suede are both super soft. The contouring of the wheel gives much better grip. The red stripe is centered on the wheel (big peeve of mine on other wheels I've had). Slightly smaller diameter is tricking me into feeling like the car is more nimble. Install was a breeze and fitment with the stereo and cruise buttons was spot on. After driving with a 12 year old steering wheel, this one mod completely changed how the car feels inside.

I know COVID has slowed production of many products. Will Faction Fab Be producing more suede/leather steering wheels in the future? Thank you for any feed back.

A: We are still producing this wheel, and delays are 100% due to the COVID delays. We have seen a lot of demand for all of our steering wheels and backorders take a majority of the shipments when we do get them out, which is about every 3-4 weeks. I'd recommend making an order to get on that backorder list to guarantee a wheel.
