great quality, still running strong after one year almost two years. no camber plate, but it's good enough for daily and touge run
Got this coil over and was impressed by its overall quality and performance. It fit on my JDM2004 Sti and replaced by old coilovers, The noise from this system is minimal to none depending on how rough the road conditions are and your speed. It was easy to install and mine came preloaded already but I still slackened the collar nuts and rechecked the position. If this unit gives me 100k this will be the best bang for buck system.
I was looking for a coilover setup that won’t break the bank but will still deliver on ride quality and handling. The fspecs are perfect for street driving and handle bumps and potholes better than my previous lowering springs due to the 32 way adjustable dampening, and I got the car lower. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an entry level coilover.
I was looking for something to stiffen up my ride in the corners and reduce body roll without giving up to much comfort in the daily drivability. I purchased these on a budget and couldn’t be happier. Out in the canyons or the mountains these coilovers do wonderful. Before installation I got my coilovers preloaded and set to lengths that dropped the front by 1.5 inches and the rear by an 1 inch. Looked great for just stock wheels and I know will look better when I put my summer wheels back on. Great handling, great comfort, easy installation . Couldn’t be happier.
First coils I bought and changed and I’m pretty dang happy. Ride is as how it’s described a bit stiffer then stock will not beat you up. My grandpa road in my car and thought it was great. Wife thinks it feels better then stock. For the money I think it’s a great option. My 03 wagon is a daily so it will most likely not see a track day, I don’t want camber wear, I just wanted something that would improve driving experience of my wrx without going over $ 1,300. Install will be dependent on your bolts and tools. The guild is very helpful but if you off wheel set up that is over then stock you will need to do some adjustments but the install guild takes a lot of guess work out off the process. Definitely use Pb blaster for the main bolts, it makes it easier also take the calipers off for the main bolts as well so good idea to do brake pads and rotors if need. Follow the preset guild. 4mm of preset. For those that is their first time doing coils expect 5-6 hours of install time. Don’t rush it. Make sure you follow the height limitations on the guild or you will damage fenders and the coils. Remember the guild is based on stock wheel set up so definitely start off with a middle ground to avoid dropping the fenders on to the wheels and adjust from there. (Did that on the rear but ended up rolling them after) Took maybe 15-20 miles for it to break in I’m guessing there is noises from spring or any sounds from the coils now. Probably have few 100 miles on them by now in Hawaii so it’s been on some rough roads. Overall great for the money and my application. If you want something with more potential go with the FR spec it comes with a camber plate and stiffer springs and different hydroelectric settings. It’s only a few $100s more, maybe even get swift springs as a upgrade. Only saying that because of what I heard in reviews. Definitely do your research and make a list of things you want to achieve with your coils. You don’t need the best racing coils to have a great driving experience. Build quality is nice. (You get what you pay for) Ride and handling is as advertised, handling is noticeably better and accurate. Price is great, fit is good. Overall it is a 5star for my applications Things I wanted out of this coilover 1. Better handling 2. Stiffer not to stiff 3. Lower 4. Not go over $1,300 total including shipping to Hawaii. 5. Look great

Can they be used with group N strut tops?

A: They are not compatible. These are rubber isolated like stock, so the Group N units won't be a huge benefit.
