Here, you are looking at the Faction Fab Shifter Bushing Combination. This combination includes new shifter bushings, along with a new rear shifter bushing. These bushings have been crafted from durable urethane materials and are direct replacements for your factory rubber bushings that are prone to become weak over time. The result is an elimination of unwanted shifter slop that will produce more precise shifts for improved performance.

I bought these for my 1999 Impreza L 5 speed. They do indeed fit the vehicle even though it is not listed in the confirmed fitment. Everything fits extremely well, but be prepared to spend some extra time re-assembling as they are significantly stiffer than OEM.
I bought these to replace the worn out shifter bushings on my 1999 Impreza L that I use for rallycross. They fit well, but be prepared to take some extra time installing as they are significantly stiffer than OEM. The metal sleeve fit extremely well and shifter feel is much more confident. This combo is a great value and I would purchase again!

A: Yes, this will not only work with OEM, but it is meant to correct the short shifter bringing the shift lever too close to the dash trim.
