What is it?
We know what it’s like to purchase parts for our car, we have been there before and we know how frustrating it can be to install a part only to realize it was not exactly what you wanted. Whether the exhaust you ordered is too loud or too quiet, or the shift knob you thought was going to be perfect, just does not quite fit right. We are here for you.
The RallySportDirect Guarantee allows you to simply remove the item from your car, and send it back to us. It really is that simple. We will give you a full refund minus the shipping costs, so you can order a different product that you will be happy with.
We want you to be able to order with confidence, knowing that you can buy, install and try out any product under the RallySportDirect Guarantee, and if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, just send it back.
How it works.
Go ahead, Install that parts, we don’t mind if it’s used or a bit dirty. If you are not happy with the part for any reason, you have 30-days from the time of the invoice to install it, try it out, and return it back to us. If the part does not meet your satisfaction for whatever reason, give us a call, email, or hit us up on Live Chat, provide the Customer Service Agent with your order number, and they will provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you will note somewhere on the outside of the shipping box. Pack up the product, and ship it back to us at the address provided. Once we receive the product, give us a few days to process the RMA, and you will soon see the money back in the same account you used as the method of payment. Please note we do not refund shipping of any kind.
Why do we do it?
Buying car parts is never easy. You search for hours on the forums and social media groups trying to get honest reviews and opinions from people, but you know that what might be perfect for one person, is not great for another. You can do all of your due diligence, yet once the part is on the car, you may not be happy with some aspect of it, and that is where we come in. Most companies will offer some form of return but usually with a restocking fee, and most won’t let you return anything that has been installed. We wanted to be different. We started out as enthusiasts, and know exactly what it’s like to be on your side of the counter and we would have loved a program like this when we were trying to build our cars, so we did it! There is no trick, we just want to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase.
What is the difference with a normal return policy and the RallySportDirect Guarantee?
If a product does not fall under the RallySportDirect Guarantee, we have our standard return policy which states that the product must be un-opened, un-used and in perfection condition. With the Guarantee, you can install the product and still return it in the same fashion.
Where is my Product/Refund?
When shipping an item back to us, we recommend you use a shipping method with a tracking number, that way you can track the progress all the way to us. Once we receive the package, please give us a few business days to process the RMA and issue the refund. Often times it may take the banks or financial institutions a few days to process the refund as well.
Which returns are accepted?
We ask that the returned product include 100% of the original hardware and packaging and be free from any modifications of any kind.
My return is out of the 30-day window, what can I do?
Unfortunately we have a very strict return policy, any request for a return after 30-days from the invoice date will be refused.
Why won’t you refund my shipping?
If we could, we would. Because shipping is handled by a 3rd party (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.) they must get paid anytime a package is shipped. We strive to make the return process as easy as possible, but this is out of our hands and we must state that shipping is strictly non-refundable.
