Marketing Manager - Paid Media

Position Description:

RallySport Direct is looking for a highly motivated, highly driven individual who can effectively work in a team environment and individually. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies and creative testing. Additional responsibilities include all social media paid advertising and retargeting campaigns. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure revenue, ROI, and other business goals are met
  • Responsible for short-term and long-term strategy and roadmap channel planning across digital placements, including search and social
  • Execute day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, revenue and margins
  • Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various PPC (Google, Bing) and Social Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.) including campaign planning, implementation, performance monitoring and optimization
  • Report & analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
  • Implement campaign tracking codes including Facebook Pixels and Google Tracking
  • Manage retargeting campaigns via Criteo, Social and Search Advertising Platforms
  • Own every step of the campaign process, including setup, trafficking, QA, pacing and delivery
  • Flawlessly track variable testing plans and budget
  • Conduct Paid Search and Social Paid competitive research
  • Evaluate and recommend new social advertising opportunities, technologies, ad formats, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal teams to optimize content visibility, conversation, engagement and overall campaign success
  • Other Duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience developing and managing digital campaigns at a social or digital media agency, with an emphasis on paid social or PPC
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of Paid Search and social media platforms and their ad offerings
  • Experience with ad management platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google AdWords, Bing, Reddit, etc.)
  • Experience with tracking implementation (included but not limited to GTM, Facebook Pixels, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO Best Practices a plus
  • Automotive enthusiast a plus

Position Description:

We are hiring a back-end developer to join an existing team to implement applications and processes for our internal and external websites. This position is primarily focused on back-end work, with collaboration with in house developers and outside REST services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building leading-edge web applications for a great customer experience
  • Develop web-based applications and reporting for internal uses
  • Develop and maintain API integrations
Qualifications:
  • A self-starter, passionate about their work with new ideas
  • Strong understanding of PHP 5.5+ a must

Position Description:

This position requires the individual to effectively communicate and handle day to day customer service related tasks. Applicant must enjoy communicating and talking to new customers on a daily basis. A strong passion for the products and vehicles we cater to is required. Other responsibilities include: Order entry and processing, fielding customer service inquiries, and contributing to company growth by generating ideas for expansion to new markets.
