We are currently looking for a individual who can assist in the day to day operations in the warehouse. We also have several part-time positions available for seasonal work.

Responsibilities:
  • Lift up to 75 pounds
  • Read and audit labels
  • Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy

AP/AR Clerk - Entry Level

Position Description:

The person we're looking for must have great communication and computer skills and must enjoy working with customers. We are looking for someone who will be self-motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines. You must have the desire and commitment to grow in the position and with the company. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and also be an important part of a hard-working team.

Accounts Payable

Enter, process, and reconcile invoices received. Ensure we have been billed correct rates and credits are applied correctly. Contact vendors for questions and resolve issues on invoices including incorrect invoices or invoices that credits have not been applied or we have not receive proper credit for previous billing. This position works with the accounting team under general supervision and direction. May serve as a backup to the receptionist and answer the main telephone line, direct calls, and answer general questions.

AP Tasks:
  • Review emails from vendors daily. Answer questions, resolve issues, or research further when needed
  • Process statements received from vendors, update information accordingly
  • Answer telephone questions from vendors regarding the status of our account, payments, billing and other payment related questions
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and investigate as needed
  • Keep records of invoices and supporting documents
  • Enter new invoices in the accounting system, review purchase orders to ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Provide general training and direction to team members
  • Work with other departments as needed to resolve issues or discrepancies

Accounts Receivable

Prepare invoices and payment activity reports and send statements to customers. Enter information in accounting system including posting payments to accounts from credit card and check payments. Answer customers inquiries regarding billing statements and payments made. Answer customer’s inquiries and resolve disputes regarding billing statements, payments made, overdue accounts, credits and other general payment questions. Make outbound telephone calls to customers regarding declined credit cards, and outstanding or overdue accounts.

AR Tasks:
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased and shipping costs
  • Perform bookkeeping work, including posting credit card and check payments
  • Keep records of invoices and supporting documents
  • Contact customers to obtain or relay account information including informing them of credit card declines and asking for alternate payment arrangements
  • Answer telephone questions from customers regarding the status of their account, payments, billing and other payment related questions
  • Processing new hire paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualification:

1- 2 years’ experience or knowledge obtained through education of accounting principles or work related accounting experience. Experience may include previous customer service experience.

Preferred Experience:

Successful applicants must have the ability to use desktop computers including Microsoft Office products. Microsoft Excel experience will be considered a significant advantage. Preferred experience with Dynamics GP or other ERP or accounting software.

Position Description:

The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist position will be responsible for eBay and other marketplace partners and will independently track and report key performance indicators for the specific marketplace. The role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and has experience in eBay selling as well as other marketplace websites to manage our Online Marketplace Sales Accounts. You will be responsible for creating, editing and updating new product listings on eBay, Amazon and other marketplace websites for all the Premier companies to ensure that targeted products are successfully marketed on marketplace websites. Required Qualifications:
