THIS IS FOR A STOCK LOCATION INTERNALLY WASTE GATED TURBO!
Full Race is proud to release our long-awaited turbo system for the Subaru STI. Engineered to offer optimal performance with instant throttle response, early spool and huge power, all while being flexible enough to grow with your needs, the Full-Race WRX/STI exhaust manifold is the last manifold you will ever need to purchase.
Through ideal cylinder pairing and the proper implementation of Twinscroll technology, huge increases at the low end, midrange and top end can be realized, all while minimizing spool time and improving throttle response.
Includes:
-Full-Race lower turbo manifold
-Stock Turbo Uppipe IWG
-Hardware
This turbocharger configuration can work with all Subaru STI turbocharger combinations; available for Stock Turbo (singlescroll), T3 (Twinscroll) Turbo and T4 (Twinscroll) Turbochargers, all easily attainable with a simple Up-pipe swap. Call for more info!
Key design features include:
-The merge collector creates a turblent free area for the exhaust gasses to enter the turbine housing in even pulses at high velocities.
-Robotic TIG welding for ultimate strength and longevity.
-Flange surfaces machined flat ensuring a perfect seal.
-Manifolds are CAD/CFD designed.
# Application Notes: Turbonetics F1-35R turbochargers places the downpipe very close to the A/C line. In order to ensure adequate clearance you must: - bend small A/C line slightly away from firewall - wrap wire loom as it comes out of firewall with heat wrap and pull with zip ties towards shock tower for additional clearance - HPC coated turbine housing is STRONGLY recommended - HPC coated up pipe, downpipe and lower manifold also recommended - The gasket that should be used with our twinscroll lower manifold is the OEM subaru triple layer steel gasket. There are other less expensive options available, but this is the best because it has a built-in crush ring and is steel so it will not deteriorate. . They are not supposed to be re-used, although you can once or twice. The Subaru part number for the exhaust gaskets is PN # 14038 AA 000. Torque properly to factory specifications.
