Shipping Errors

RallySport Direct is not responsible for any damages that result during transport. We take as many precautions as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece, but accidents still happen. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If the situation occurs that one of your packages is damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. If you are worried about the contents of a package, make sure you inspect everything before signing for it. If for some reason you have a order that was double shipped, please immediately contact us, so we can issue a call tag to get it resolved.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. If your not happy with your purchase, that's alright, we will take it back. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 15 days of Invoice date. All returns must have a approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, no product will be accepted at the receiving dock without one. We are able to take back items that are new, and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
