WRX Sedan 2008WRX Hatchback 2008

Experience true sport-luxury with these genuine Alcantara or Italian leather products inside the cockpit of your Subaru. These shift boots are made from the highest quality materials available on today's market to factory specifications. Each part is pieced together using a medium weight industry standard polyester thread. Each seam is then treated to a French or double stitch using heavy weight polyester thread for maximum colorfastness, durability and appeal. They have tweaked key areas of each pattern to improve fitment and overall aesthetics. As a result, each product installs perfectly each and every time.

Battlewagon here, wrote a review on JPM's e-brake boot, and this one will be no different! They really did a great job on the craftsmanship of the boots. The color is spot on and the red stitching matches the factory stitching perfectly. I can't wait to have the interior completely done in alcantara.

I am not exactly sure if i got sold the wrong boots or it was a bad one but it literally didn't fit worth crap, this is hard for me to write a review on RSD's website because I know they have nothing to do with it but, this thing was so tight i had to stretch it to the point where you can see the plastic piece it wraps around and it looks like the threads are going to break. overall just really disappointed, especially coming from such a great company (JPM).

The JPM Coachworks Alcantara boot is gorgeous! The craftmanship is just top notch. The red stitching along with the black material matches stunningly to the 2008+ black interior. Install was a snap (although I do recommend starting from the front of the trim ring and working back). I have a Cobb double adj. SS and Cobb knob, and this just rounds out theat section of the car. You will need to remove the plastic ring from the OEM boot in order to obtain a snug fit between the boot and base of the knob.

  • AnswerQ: 2008 WRX  inkyrail 3 years ago

Is it possible to get these with black stitching to match the 2008 WRX interior, which does not come with factory red stitching?

    • A: At this time JPM does not offer a black stitching, those only offer a Red and Grey stitching. Thank you!

How do I fit the new boot to the new COBB shifter? The boot seems way to wide Also I ordered this and I am wondering if they are different if you have the WRX non Sti and WRX Sti

    • A: The WRX and STi have different shift boots to help accommodate the different mountings for WRX and STi shift knobs. The WRX unit will attach right to the bottom of the shift knob similar to how the stock boot is secured.
