so I had it. it's easy to use and super user friendly. the maps you can simply download from their site, but most common ones are already loaded on it. The monitoring is awesome cause it reads any sensor you already have on your car. The cons: 1. There is no power button, so if you want to keep it in the car you have to keep unpluging it and such. 2. it shows you only one read out 3. no mounts come included with it. it's a great tool for a quick and simple way to tune but if you like to use it as a read out then get the new one

I recently went stage 2! fully catless and a few other mods. those combined with a killer pro tune from EQ tuning has made my 02 wrx a different car! the ap is great! i can monitor literally everything about my car through the ap. ive also done a couple of 0-60 tests and i frequently use the boost monitor which is extremely accurate! All in all this is a fantastic product. and essential to have when modding your car!

    Can the accessport be used with a wrx that dose not have a cobb intake or the turbo back exhaust ? I have a spt intake and some kind of aftermarket exhaust im not sure what kind it was on when i got it. But i want to make sure i can use it without changing parts.

    • A: You can indeed use the AccessPort without using Cobb labeled parts. You will want to read the Cobb map notes to double check compatibility but as long as your exhaust is similar to the Cobb system there shouldn't be any problem running their map.

    The car is a WRX with different bumpers and badges but as far as I can tell it's identical to an 05 WRX. Will this work on my 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero?

    hey guys, just bought my invidia cat back and invidia down pipe. of course i got my check engine light so i know i need to tune it. So i'm interested in the accessport but I have a couple questions. 1. it says in the info that you need to have stock intake or cobb intake system. does it only work with those or any shortram intake system? 2. my exhaust is now catless and 3. would that work well as well?

    • A: 1)They only have maps for those 2 intakes, anything beyond that is not guaranteed to run exactly how the map is designed. 2) For downpipe, Cobb only says they require a upgraded turbo back. So your catless should be fine.
