The Invidia Header is a direct replacement for your WRX. Replacing your stock header with a aftermarket one will increase HP and make turbo spool-up time decrease.

The Invidia Header has included the uppipe piping with the header piping. There is no more need to purchase a aftermarket uppipe. This also decreases the chance of there being a leak present.

Construction of the header includes fully polished SUS 304 Stainless Steel.
Invidia exclusive TIG weld with 3 layer tubing design.
CNC Machine flanges to maximize engine horsepower and torque.
This header uses a integrated uppipe with flawless welds and mandrel bends.
Using OEM sensors and brackets, this header will provide you with a good low end power gain and sound difference.
The Invidia Header has included the uppipe piping within the header, so there is no need for a uppipe!

New Gaskets recommended for purchase with this header.

I bought these about a year ago and had them on the stock 2.0 and turbo set up for 6 months. Now I have it on a hybrid 2.5 with 2.0 heads and a Blouch 3.0 Dom turbo and I put down 360HP on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. The best part is the spool up really is sooner and more consistent. when compared to a VF34 on a 2.0 and GTspec headers it spools 1500 RPMS sooner! I am very happy with the quality and fitment and I will purchase these again if I get another Subaru. Highly recomended

I was so entertained by Ms. Galen's review that I had to check out this item for myself. The build quality is excellent, though there was quite a large amount of machining dust still present in the pipes and it took almost a chimney brush to clean it out... Be sure that you have a car pit or lift when you try and snake the up-pipe section through the smallish gap between the engine and the frame mount, otherwise you'll be in a world of pain if using simple jacks. The equal-lenght design really smoothes the exhaust tone a lot from idle to the redline; the pitch is higher and sounds racier. In short, you won't sound like a pissed off turbocharged lawnmowing tractor no more. Finally, I noticed that the engine revs more freely and the turbo spool-up was improved, even on the STi. A good choice if you got the dough.

I picked one of these up about two years ago and am still amazed. With the boxer engine certain parts or all should be heat wrapped. This will smooth out that chugy lumpy idle,and exhaust tone. Turn your subaru into WRC car sound seriously. Every other subaru owner I decimate makes a point to find out why my car sounds and feels so much smoother yet distinct from most bolt on untuned polluters.
