Parker Lindsey - 08/20/2008 I just put these springs on over the weekend and havent heard a noise from them i dont know what the people below are talking about maybe they installed them wrong. I think these are the best springs for the money! |
Robby Morris - 07/28/2007 In regards springs on the 07 wrx I have them installed on and 06 wrx. at first the sound bugged me but i got use to it. I have had the car checked by Mark Miller and other suspension shops and they have all said there is nothing to worry about you just have to deal with the annoyance of the rattle or whatever it is you hear. if every mod you did to your car turned out perfect where would the fun be in that. |
Christopher Neuhauser - 07/14/2007 To the idiots who installed the STi springs on the 07 wrx's! The reason why your rides are bouncing all over the place is because you've got STi springs with WRX shocks. You spring rates are too progressive for the crappy shocks you have on! Shocks dampen spring rebound, your shocks aren't able to keep up with your springs. GET NEW SHOCKS! (where do they find idiots like this) |
brian kukawica - 07/07/2007 Installed on '07 WRX and am NOT happy with these springs. They didn't appear to work with stock struts well --clunked and rattled. I changed to AGX struts and Whiteline sways, and am still not happy --same noises, just not as pronounced. Other than the odd noises, the springs make the car bouncy and slow to react to imperfections in the road surface. I am removing next weekend and swapping for '05 spec Tanabe GF210's.
The ONLY thing I like about these springs, is the stance which it gives my car --it looks fantastic! |
Clint Adams - 06/16/2007 Installed these on an 07 WRX, they do not fit the stock struts very well. They are noisy and clunky, they look good thats it!! Disappointing springs.... |
