The heat shield performs it's job flawlessly and really looks great! It was slightly difficult to install, but then again I left the bumper attached to the car when I did it. I would recomend pre-drilling the holes in the heat shield. Then use the heat shield as a template on the car and pre-drill the bumper. Then remove the bumper and attach the heat shield. Then ofcourse re-install the bumper. Well worth the time. My bumper had started to melt due to my invidia exhaust. Once I installed this the melting stopped and thus far there has been no damage to the heat shield. The exhasut was installed the 25th of April '08 and the heat shield was installed the 6th of May '08.
