Fits behind the standard bumper bar, and bolts up to the stock factory mounting. Our bar and plate core is rated up to 500hp with less than 1/2 psi of pressure drop. By employing an advanced bar and plate design with all of our intercoolers, AVO remains at the forefront of IC design. All of our front mount intercoolers are equipped with cast aluminium end tanks,steel tube engine pipes (in red, blue or silver), with kevlar-reinforced rubber under guard pipes for easy installation and no vibrations.

I installed this kit on my 07 wrx. the quality of the core and the piping are exellent. the installation prosses was very tough,the pipe on the hot side did not fit properly. it rub on the steering colum,the solution was to tap the pipe with a hammer. the rubber hose from the bov to the throttle pipe is a tight fit. you also have to cut your crash bar or leave it off in order for the core to fit. over all is a quality product.
