The Cosworth Subaru intake manifold is a great upgrade for anyone who is looking to get the most power out of their car. Featuring a cast aluminum housing, this unit is able to increase air flow in high RPM on high powered cars where the stock intake manifold is creating a restriction.

Designed specifically to work with Front mount intercoolers. This unit is ideal for anyone looking to use it as a direct replacement of the stock manifold, or use it to rotate the intake manifold for front entry intercooler piping. Electronic throttle bodies only, not designed to work with cable actuated throttle bodies.

Amazing Product

We are running this Intake Manifold on our 2015 STI. Not only does it give us some nice power gains especially with our large GT38R Turbo, but it fits and looks amazing.

Love my Cosi Manifold

After making an adaptor plate for the t-body I was able to make this fit my 04STi. I love my Cosi Manifold. Looks hot and sexy. Still need to tune the car to get 100% performance out of it. Thanks Rally Sports Direct for speedy service and delivery.

Nice bit of kit.

Have this on my 2011 STi. Manifold has a coating on it that seems to keep some of the heat out. Vaccum plate can be rotated if you are running a rotated intake manifold making running hoses a little easier. Lots of ports for your FPR, gauges, etc. My small GT3076R seems to spool a little bit later, but makes big power (470 wtq @ 4250 / 442 hp ) I think this part will help out much more when I go to a GT35 or 40 series turbo. Had too many parts change (TGV Delete, larger injectors, new/better tune) when I installed this to provide a good before/after dyno plot.

would this bolt on with a ture ? whats recommended to go along with it? this can you list it thanks

    • A: This will be a bolt on, and it is recommended that you get a custom tune after installation. You will need new gaskets for the intake manifold and TGV housings.

  • AnswerQ: relocation  snowflakewhiteSTI 4 months ago

on my 2013 sti the ebsc and overflow tank are mounted on top of the stock intake manifold and with this where do those get relocted?

    • A: A new location would have to be found for accessories like that, custom building brackets will likely be required and relocating them in the engine bay.
