This is GrimmSpeed’s lower uppipe gasket. Whenever you remove or replace your uppipe, it is always a good idea to replace the gasket especially since this is an exhaust component, where excess heat can cause the existing gasket to come apart or become brittle.
The GrimmSpeed uppipe gasket is a multi-layered gasket that will provide a long lasting, leak free seal under extreme heat and pressure.

Many people say you wont notice a difference over stock. Maybe if the rest of your car is stock but if already modified, it makes a huge difference in spool time. Running a 20g with full header and exhaust swap, this was my last piece to change and it lowered my full spool by several hundred rpm. Also, ive done a turbo swap since amd with the pesky heat shields gone, the oil return butterfly clip is easily accessable.

Used this on my new catless uppipe on my 2005 FXT. Awesome price!

As with all of the Grimmspeed gaskets, they are heavier duty than OEM, at a better price point. What's not to like?

Q: Is this the right gasket? Sp4rt4n 2 months agoAnswer
If I'm removing my 2 bolt Killer B headers to do my oil pickup install, is this the correct gasket? Which gasket will I need for the head to manifold connection?
A: This is the lower up pipe gasket and will need to be replaced if you are unbolting your header. You will also need GRM 020001.
