DESCRIPTION

Returning blow-by gas directly into an engine decreases burning efficiency, shortens the life of engine oil, and causes carbon and oil build up in the intake and combustion chamber. Function disorders of intake components can be caused by oil and moisture included in blow-by gas sticking to throttles and plugs. GReddy Oil Catch Tanks collect the oil, moisture and blow-by gas to keep intake components clean. Allowing the motor to stay clean and perform better.

Does the job
m1k1e20175 2 years ago
Install on my 2009 sti was a bit tricky, however with no significant issues. Had this installed together with AOS system. After 6 months it was almost empty - and i thought i did not need it and wasted my money. This weekend i went for a track day and after 6 laps on 1.4 km track the can was 3/4 full. AOS obviously does not coup with track conditions, therefore if you plan to track your subie - a catch can is a must! this particular one does a god job, however it is not bolt on and a bit of a pain to empty once full.

Where would this sit in the engine and also what's the difference between the 9mm and the 15mm?

    • A: As this is a universal can you can mount it anywhere as its not specific to sit in any exact location. 9mm vs 15mm is the size of the hoses that attach to the can.
