Beautiful Hardware

Yes, it's loud. It's a performance cat back. I haven't used the dampeners at all, even with a baby in my back seat. She loves it and hums to it. It's deep and throaty. Certainly not for those who for some reason want silent horsepower. Running full divorced DP etc. and it REALLY helped eliminate bottle neck/cel from over boost. Now I hit 20 psi without range-ing my solenoid. Absolutely a necessity for any modified engine.

i bought this invidia n1 exhaust with an invidia catted divorce downpipe it sounds mean just destructive still has the rumble had to replace the downpipe wit a catless one because the ewg dump tube was to close to the catt but the exhaust sounds mean. i love it, it can b loud and the drone is not bad until you hit highspeeds but overall its a beast

Invidia N1 Review

GREAT exhaust. I installed the N1 catback with Cobb catted downpipe on my 2014 STI and could not be happier with the sound. It sounds like an Apache helicopter on cold starts. During cruising it sounds great, pretty loud but not too loud. Under WOT it sounds amazing as well. Overall, a great product and a great deal at $675 (I'd give it 6 stars for value if I could). Really brings out the boxer sound and the titanium tips look sweet. Install was quick and painless, required just a little fine tuning to get the tips to line up straight with the stock hangers. But, overall it bolted on in about 30 min up on a lift. As for performance, it's hard to tell much of a difference. Maybe a couple HP but no significant gains, the downpipe is what really helped me there. If you're still reading this, just click add to know you want to. Only concern was one of the tips had a very small bend in it, nothing major and I think it will come out easily with some heat and some TLC. I don't think RSD is responsible for that, it was prob UPS. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT.

Great flowing exhaust

I used to have the Invidia Q300 exhaust which was great but restricted exhaust flow. Once I went stage 3 I decided to go with this exhaust and am very happy with the performance and flow. Mated with Killer B's EL header this exhaust sounds great, has loud drone around 3k rpm but overall the best flowing exhaust I have used on my sti.

  • AnswerQ: Invidia n1   7 days ago

I just installed my invidia n1 exhaust to my 2012 wrx and everything is perfect except that the tips are sitting a little crooked. One is hanging a little lower than the other. Is it suppose to sit like that or did I do something wrong?

    • A: This exhaust has some room for adjustment by loosening some of the bolts and then trying to position the exhaust to where you need and then tightening everything up. After adjusting and it still isn't lining up correctly, please call customer service at 801-748-4910.

My 2009WRX currently has an ultimate racing catless down pipe and cat back exhaust. Could this bolt on directly to the 3inch catless down pipe? Thanks!

    • A: Yes, the Invidia exhaust will utilize a 3 inch connection from the down pipe.

  • AnswerQ: Fitment  Paradise_17 20 days ago

Will this be a direct bolt on to stock down pipe or what else would I need to get

    • A: You will need the Grimspeed OEM Downpipe to 3" Catback Adapter. You can find this by searching Part # GRM 077046

  • AnswerQ: Comparison to Axle Back Muffler Delete  waidhoyt37835 3 months ago

Hi, I have a muffler delete on my 2010 WRX right now. Would I benefit from an upgrade to N1 catback? Sound will be different but is all the piping the same or is it 3"? Just want to know if it's something worthwhile basically.

    • A: There may be a slight benefit since this will have a 3" midpipe, but unless you are seeing a current bottleneck with the stock midpipe on a very high horsepower car it is unlikely there will be much of a change from the axleback to the catback.

    • A: Thank you! For the DP I was looking at Cobb's. It has a 2.5 outlet though. Should that effect anything going 3" -2.5"-then 3" again at the mid pipe?
