These solid polyurethane Whiteline bushings are much harder compared to the OEM bushings. By replacing them with these harder Whiteline units you are able to get rid of the unwanted slop and flexing of the stock units, allow for the power to go into rotating the tires, instead of flexing the rubber. Giving you better feedback, sharper response, and more predictability on throttle input.

Getting out the original bushings is literally from hell. if you put these in: take it to a shop, hand the brace over with the original bushings, smile and run like hell! I had a old press and it barely worked. Pay them what they ask and feel no guilt. After I got the bushing out, I ended hacksawing the collar out. it sucked. Not sure if it was really worth because the KDT 903 comes with pieces that do the same thing.

Compliments Whiteline bushings

The one nice thing is that I don't notice the clunk and you can even feel how solid the mount is while shifting as it's more precise and not having to have that feeling of Oh, there's 2nd.

Solid

Much more solid then stock bushings. The car feels connected better to the transmission in terms of feedback.

These were an absolute pain the ass to install without a bering press. So, I gave up, and found one at a local metal fab shop. Then it was super easy :) I installed these at the same time as the other rear diff kit. These install in the diff crossmember (what they call the front rear diff kit) and certainly tightened up the drivetrain lash.

  • AnswerQ: Front or Rear Diff  SILVER21 2 years ago

The product name says rear diff but in bushing location it says front

  • AnswerQ: Install ?  thaduke2003 4 years ago

Do the OE bushings have those awful metal sleeves between them and the diff subframe? Or is it just the bushings with inner sleeves? Thanks! Mark W.

    • A: It should be just the normal bushing with the metal sleeves. Thanks :)
